Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Parker Window Blinds ( Parent Company Baba Interior) is dedicated to delivering high-quality, custom-made blinds, wallpapers, and other bespoke window treatments and Home Decor items that reflect your unique style and needs. To uphold our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and service, please review the following policy regarding cancellations, returns, and product concerns.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items fall under our Non-Returnable Policy and are not eligible for return:
Custom-Made Products: Items crafted to order, including, Custom Window Blinds, Custom Wallpapers, and other custom products based on the customer’s specific dimensions, colors, fabrics, and designs.
Used or Installed Products: Any product that has been installed, used, or displays visible signs of wear and tear.
Clearance or Sale Items: Products purchased during promotions, discounts, or marked as final sale.
Damage After Delivery: Items that have been damaged due to improper handling, installation, or lack of maintenance after delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. Since our products are made to order, cancellations after 24 hours are not accepted.
Refund Timeline: If an order is canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 to 24 business days.
Payment Gateway Fee: A 4% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover payment gateway commission charges.
Please note: After 24 hours orders are confirmed and enter the production stage. Cancellations or refunds will not be accepted beyond this point.

Damaged or Defective Products

While rare, if your item arrives damaged, has mechanism issues, or is not as per the confirmed size specifications, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion to ensure your satisfaction.

Why Are Custom Items Non-Returnable?

Our products are uniquely crafted for each order, tailored precisely to individual specifications. As such, they are not suitable for resale, and returns are not accepted beyond the initial 24-hour cancellation period. This approach guarantees transparency and supports the high level of customization we provide to every customer.
